The book I read for literature circle was Mrs.Frisby And The Rats Of NIMH. This heartwarming story is about a mouse named Mrs.Frisby. She has 4 children named Teresa, Martin, Cynthia and Timothy and her husband Jonathen died earier that year. One day Timothy got sick with pneumonia and moving day was 5 days away. Every year Mr.Fitzgibbon plows the garden and the mice have to get out of the way! Now if Timothy goes outside he could die from the cold. So Mrs.Frisby has a problem; does she move and risk Timothy dying, or does she keep her whole family behind and probably get plowed! Later she meets a crow named Jeramey who Mrs.Frisby saves from Dragon the cat. Since he is in her dept he takes her to see the wise old owl who tells her to go see the Rats for her problem. Will she convince the Rats to help her? Read to find out. This is a good book for people who like fantasy and animals. 6 stars out of 5. This book is by Robert C. O’Brien.
